What We Offer

Reno Tahoe Junior Cycling (often shortened to RTJC) is a youth-focused cycling organization based in the Reno–Tahoe region. Its mission is to introduce, develop, and support young athletes in the sport of cycling. The organization touches endurance and enduro mountain biking, gravel, and cyclocross.

The organization emphasizes:

  • Skill development – teaching safe riding, bike handling, and racing techniques.

  • Competition pathways – supporting juniors who want to race locally, regionally, or nationally.

  • Community and mentorship – connecting young riders with experienced coaches, peers, and cycling culture.

  • Healthy lifestyle – encouraging fitness, outdoor adventure, and teamwork.
